Vendor Spotting | Loot Vintage Rentals

vendor spottingI am so happy that I found the ladies over at Loot Vintage Rental while vendor spotting. Rhoda and Anna not only exude the Texas charm, love a good flea market, and are always stocked with cookies at their studio–they’re also filling a huge void in the Austin market.

Rumor has it that I collected 72 place settings of vintage silverplate flatware for my wedding, but if one isn’t inclined to such insanity, then these two are the ones to call up. If they don’t have it in their vast + varied stock — they’ll find it for you. Did you hear that? Like your personal shopper for party wares.

You’ve seen some of their wares peppered through a lot of my images as they’re my go-to in a pinch for a vase, a table, of some wooden crates. They’ve got wood pews and benches, sofas and chairs, to bottles and vases, one-of-a-kind decor, wood farm tables and linens galore. [They incite rhymes to boot.]

Here’s some snippets from a studio visit in July:

Honestly, there is little better than designing to the historically marvelous and detailed interiors at The Perry Belmont House in DC, and our late fall dinner party-turned-boudoir-inspired revelry did not disappoint. As big art patrons and collectors, J&S came to us looking for guidance on where their wedding celebration ought to take place. Considering spots […]

When we received word that the mother of the groom was set on using The Adolphus Hotel in Dallas as the scene for the welcome dinner for guests of C & C’s late January wedding, we were beyond excited. We’ve been huge fans of the elegant, light-filled 19th Floor Ballroom (also known as The Governor’s […]
