where are you based?
The short? Everywhere, anywhere. The long? We've got team members that span NY/PA, Texas, CA, and Vancouver, Canada. We have an extended network that includes Mexico, Europe and beyond. If you're someone who is BFFs with airplane flight schedules and video calls, then we're your people!
how does your team work?
After 10 years and hundreds of weddings later, we've nailed our digital flow and capitalize on unique blend of digital wedding management, calendar, and communication tools all the way through an extensive creative process, we bring your magic to life across the world.
do you do only destination weddings?
Honestly I like to say it like this: we create weddings anywhere, and everywhere! We can bring our best practices (incredible vendor teams, creative visioning, expert magic making) to wherever you need us, including your backyard (which is one of our favorites!)
how many weddings do you do?
We limit our weddings to 10 a year, to allow for the hundreds (if not thousand+) of hours to bring to life. This allows us to give us the time and energy to focus on you!
How much do youR weddings cost?
As part of our initial conversation, we discuss budget expectations and ranges. Then we put together a customized proposal for you to review. In the end, our planning and design services begin at $20,000.
HOW DO YOU STRUCTURE YOUR FEES?
A great question! As part of our customized proposal we break down the different elements. Most often it's a percentage based on your final budget. It's really important to us that you have ownership over each decision, so you're never in a situation where you've only got one option, and one price.
at what point should i reach out to you?
Our favourite time is immediately! Why? This allows us to dive into your big vision and evaluate all the locations, venues, and places that best fit your vision and budget.
You absolutely don't have to wait until you know where you want to get married. It's absolutely part of the process is so much fun and we love to be a part of it!

That is a great place to start! In our Foundational Connection Call we dive into your big vision and get to know exactly what you need. In your custom proposal we outline 3 ways we can work together, and if we aren't the right fit we absolutely have some other incredible vendors we can refer you to.
