Martha Stewart Weddings Top Wedding Planner in the Country

Bohemian Black-Tie Texas Ranch Wedding Reception // by The Nouveau Romantics // Top Wedding Planner in the CountryWhile we were out on holidays in December, we got wind that we’ve been featured by Martha Stewart Weddings magazine as top Wedding Planner in the country for 2014, amongst a laundry list of some of the biggest industry heavyweights! There are some names that I have respected and admired from afar, so to be considered among the same two-page spread is pretty incredible. [There was a solo dance party and high kicks in my office to celebrate.]

It made me reflect back on the community and camaraderie that I’ve found within the industry, and how much that has truly enriched my life over the last four years. My goal for 2015 is to really dig into expanding this idea of community — in the wedding industry, in the creative business world, and beyond.

Cheers to the rest of the incredible talent listed! And be sure to check out the full 20th Anniversary edition of the Martha Stewart Weddings magazine — it’s a good one!
