Emerald Green Wedding Inspiration // Kimber Modern

There are some inspiration boards that just stick with you. This one, created before Pantone dedicated 2013 as the “Year of Emerald” was one of my favourites, and the bride’s too (albeit she didn’t pick it, she did ask “Can you decorate my house like this one?” — which is a success, in a completely different direction). Shades of green, with a mix of modern elements (that Chuppah! that seating chart!) with historical nods, plenty of plants and that perennially awesome black and white ribbon— it’s a hit. If anyone wants to snap this one up and let us be a part of the party, we’d be pretty excited!

Honestly, there is little better than designing to the historically marvelous and detailed interiors at The Perry Belmont House in DC, and our late fall dinner party-turned-boudoir-inspired revelry did not disappoint. As big art patrons and collectors, J&S came to us looking for guidance on where their wedding celebration ought to take place. Considering spots […]

When we received word that the mother of the groom was set on using The Adolphus Hotel in Dallas as the scene for the welcome dinner for guests of C & C’s late January wedding, we were beyond excited. We’ve been huge fans of the elegant, light-filled 19th Floor Ballroom (also known as The Governor’s […]
