This seems like an apropos way to return to blogging, but has anyone snagged any of the most recent copies of Brides magazine? They recently did a complete revamp of the look of the glossy, and I love the new direction.

Second best? The July issue has a feature on Austin as a destination wedding market, and all the vendors who y’all should hit up to help make your wedding happen! I spoke with some of the lovely ladies over at Brides earlier this spring about the article, and am so excited that we’re featured! We’re amongst some of the best talent in the city, which makes this especially sweet.

I’m off to Salt Lake City tonight to help this lady out with some weddings, and will be pulling a little westward jaunt afterwards. Be prepared for awkward, late-night instagram photos and plenty of beach time. Did someone say Los Angeles and La Jolla? Oh yes!
