Austin Baby Shower on 100 Layer Cakelet

outdoor Austin baby shower on 100 layer cakeletWe’re so excited to see Christy and Phil’s outdoor Austin baby shower on 100 Layer Cakelet today! Christy is a vital part of our floral team and we were so excited when her stepmother asked us to help create an extra special baby shower for her. We painted the affair in sky blues and sunny yellows to echo the happiness that filled the room. Christy and Phil had papel picado at their wedding, so it was so much fun to bring them back for their baby shower. As they entered the shower, guests were greeted by mylar balloons. Refreshments included a table filled with “cravings” and a mimosa bar. We were so lucky to have the very talented Heather Curiel there to capture it all. Thank you to the amazing team of vendors who helped us make her shower such a dream.

Honestly, there is little better than designing to the historically marvelous and detailed interiors at The Perry Belmont House in DC, and our late fall dinner party-turned-boudoir-inspired revelry did not disappoint. As big art patrons and collectors, J&S came to us looking for guidance on where their wedding celebration ought to take place. Considering spots […]

When we received word that the mother of the groom was set on using The Adolphus Hotel in Dallas as the scene for the welcome dinner for guests of C & C’s late January wedding, we were beyond excited. We’ve been huge fans of the elegant, light-filled 19th Floor Ballroom (also known as The Governor’s […]

While your venue may or may not be the same for both your ceremony and reception, there are practical considerations such as inclusions (rentals, etc) or […]
