New Year’s Eve Sparkle

'Tis the Season // New Year's Eve // The Nouveau Romantics // Austin Wedding Planning and Event Design Studio

It’s no secret that we here at The Nouveau Romantics love all things glittery, sparkly, and metallic. [As in, have you seen our new business cards?] With New Year’s Eve on the horizon, we’ve had even more glittery gold things on our minds than usual, so we’ve rounded up some of our favorite sparkly items to get you inspired.

1. What’s more festive than some bubbles? Sparkly champange with gold cocktail sugar, that’s what! We recently used this gold cocktail sugar from Dell Cove Spices for an event and it’s the perfect way to “spice” up a drink!

2. This sequined dress from Modcloth is right up my alley. It’s sparkly, but not too in-your-face, making it appropriate for a number of occasions.

3. If you’re looking for some accesories to invest in, try a clutch like this Alexander McQueen Swarovski crystal-embellished beauty. [An heirloom in a statement-making way!]

4. J. Crew’s Etta Sequin Pumps would make a great statement with a simple black dress for any holiday party.

While your venue may or may not be the same for both your ceremony and reception, there are practical considerations such as inclusions (rentals, etc) or […]
