A Springtime NYC Elopement Editorial with KT Merry
Created in collaboration with photographer KT Merry and floral designer Jenya Flowers, this New York City editorial explored the art of restraint and the unexpected softness of blue. Inspired by early spring, the design centered on painterly hues—muted blues expressed through linens and paper goods, offset by florals in creamy whites, blush, and fresh green.
Because true blue flowers are rare, the palette was intentionally built through layers of tone, texture, and subtle contrast—allowing the color to whisper rather than overwhelm. Handwritten notes to guests and tactile elements lent intimacy, inviting viewers to imagine a quiet, poetic elopement in the heart of the city. It wasn’t about spectacle—it was about mood, light, and possibility.
