A Wedding at Aunt Martha's House in Ketonah, New York

“I wanted to bring horses into the day without having a rustic wedding,” the bride told us—and that vision became our North Star. Set on her aunt’s private farm in Katonah, New York, we designed a celebration that blended the elegance of an English garden party with the polish of a black-tie affair. Their first look took place in a paddock, and the ceremony unfolded in front of Martha Stewart’s iconic stone stables—quietly referencing the bride’s love for equestrian life, without leaning on cliché.

After vows, guests were greeted with live jazz, champagne, and toasts beneath the summer sky. Then, barn doors opened to reveal a completely transformed reception: swags of draped fabric, cascading lights, and lush florals set the stage for what Kristina described as “a really lively, fun dinner party.” It was a masterclass in balance—classic without being stiff, warm without being casual, and wholly true to the couple’s vision of understated glamour with a personal twist.
